• Water tanks and sumps should be properly cleaned and closed tightly.

• Wear full hand shirts that cover your hands fully and prevents mosquito bite.

• Eat healthy and balanced diet containing lots of vegetables and fruits to increase your immunity.

• Oranges
• Pomegranates
• Carrots
• Cucumber
• Green leafy veggies
• Guavas
• Dates
• Dry fruits
• Milk
• Eggs

Take Papaya leaf Juice, Tulsi, Herbal syrup made of kakamachi, basil leaves etc. at regular intervals.
Drink plenty of water. You should take at least 10 to 12 glasses per day.

Take ELISA test to check for dengue fever. This is the only test which can give you correct results to detect dengue fever.
